Miyesi Visakha, one of the major events in the Visakha Vidyalaya calendar took place this year as well, on the 23rd of November 2018, brightening the Jeramias Dias Main Hall with the richness of student talent.
Miyesi Visakha 2018 presented a spectrum of aesthetic performances from singing, dancing to theatrical musicals. The orchestra of Visakha Vidyalaya, provided harmonious live music throughout the event that was mellifluous to the ears. A number of well known artists such as Ridma Weerawardena, Bachi Susan and Mihindu Ariyaratne joined the girls and performed their best singles as well as covers such as Janam Janam, alongside the talented young Visakhians.
