Miyesi Visakha 2016, the annual orchestral musical extravaganza organized by the School Development Society of Visakha Vidyalaya ceremoniously took the stage on the 28th of October at the Jeremias Dias hall, Visakha Vidyalaya from 6.30 p.m onwards, with the school show scheduled on the same day from 9am onwards.
There were spectacular performances by popular and renowned artists like Jagath Wickramasinghe, Rohana Baddage, Paul Fernando & the famous boy band Voice Print, along with Sirasa Super Star Piyath Rajapaksha who got much applause from the audience.
An array of glamorous events were showcased by multi-talented Visakhians, further entertaining the audience.
Chief guest for the event was Hon. Gayantha Karunatileka Cabinet Minister of Media, Chief Government Whip and Member of Parliament).
