The Design Club of Visakha Vidyalaya in celebration of the Centenary, unveiled 'Epiphany 2017', a night of design and fashion mingled with glamour on the 1st of April 2017 at the Garden Quadrangle, Visakha Vidyalaya.
The Design Club of Visakha Vidyalaya in celebration of the Centenary, unveiled 'Epiphany 2017', a night of design and fashion mingled with glamour on the 1st of April 2017 at the Garden Quadrangle, Visakha Vidyalaya.
Breaking off conventional boundaries, the Design Club reached a remarkably significant milestone by putting together the first fashion show to be organized by a student body. The fashion show was honoured to received the supervision and the great guidance of the Academy of Design.
Epiphany 2017 showcased attires originally designed by the Visakhians and they were elegantly presented by the student models itself. The show comprised attires suitable for numerous occassions with casual, evening and party wear. Bringing out the slogan of 'Beauty comes in all shapes & sizes' to life, the designed outfits were modelled by models of diverse sizes & structures who walked the runway like supermodels.
Fashion was not only to make women more beautiful, but also to reassure them, give them confidence. Being amateurs to the Industry of Fashion Designing, Epiphany 2017 surely gave the girls confidence & courage to follow up and continue in creating marvels of clothing.
It was a wonderful evening filled with glamorous designs of the young designers who succeeded in creating styles which are timeless.
