The Annual Interhouse Swimming Meet of Visakha Vidyalaya was held on the 19th of January 2018 at the college swimming pool.
The Annual Interhouse Swimming Meet of Visakha Vidyalaya was held on the 19th of January 2018 at the college swimming pool.
The one-day meet was graced by the presences of the Secretary of the Sri Lanka Schools Aquatic Sports Association and the Director of Sports of Southern Province, Mr.Krishan Duminda as the Chief Guest.
A number of Swimmers from all houses participated in Visakha Vidyalaya annual Interhouse Swimming meet and struggled against the water to reach the finale. After much strive, House Dias came up on top as the winners of the meet and was followed by House Weerasooriya on 2nd place and House Pulimood on the 3rd position.
A great excitement captured the air throughout the meet with the loud cheers of the crowd who supported their respective houses.
