The Dites' Parade 2017 organized by Richmond College was successfully held on 15th of March 2017 from 12.30pm onwards. When March falls every year, you take a step in to the Southern ends of the country, you'll start to feel it. The vibes. The sensation. The strength. We're a special breed. We're over a century old in this tradition. We set the skies Maroon. We set the Ocean blue. Young to old with their hands to the chest, bellowing out their battle cries. We take the city by storm. Elegance of the flag to the rumble of a beast of a vehicle. We march on. Spirits riding high, we take on. Head on! As the city watches, we give out the battle cry. All for Richmond, none for Self! Come along Richmond, Keep it up, Richmond! With the pride in our guts, strength of our friends, care of our elders. We march on. From the first day since we wear that crest, till the day we meet our ends, The Raging Maroon, The Electric Blue will run through our veins. And this is how we show it! The tradition. The culture.
