'AUDENTES 2019' The Prefects' Day of Ave Maria Convent Negombo was held on Saturday 7th September 2019 at the school premises with the participation of over 200 prefects from 20 invited schools. It was a full day event which consisted of two sessions.
'AUDENTES 2019' The Prefects' Day of Ave Maria Convent Negombo was held on Saturday 7th September 2019 at the school premises with the participation of over 200 prefects from 20 invited schools. It was a full day event which consisted of two sessions.
The morning session mainly focused on numerous team building activities and the morning session was graced by a Past Head Prefect of the school, Ms Nathalia Weerawaedena, Final year Medical Student studying Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at IIM, University of Colombo and famous Radio Presenter & English News Anchor at Jathika Rupavahini and Channel Eye.
The Formal session which was held at the Ave Maria Auditorium was graced by Mr Kishu Gomes, the Chairman of SLTPB as the Chief Guest and Mr Lahiru Pathmalal, CEO of Takas.lk ands Hyacinth Gunawardena a past Ave Maria, Director/General Manager-Jetwing Blue and General Manager- Jetwing Beach as the Guests of Honour.
