Sri Lanka Robotics Challenge 2014 organized by the Electronic Club of University of Moratuwa was held on 11th & 12th of December 2014 at University of Moratuwa.
Sri Lanka Robotics Challenge 2014 organized by the Electronic Club of University of Moratuwa was held on 11th and 12th of December 2014 at University of Moratuwa.
The Electronic Club of University of Moratuwa presents the Sri Lanka Robotics Challenge, a national robot competition, which enables the tech savvy youth of the country to demonstrate their skills in an international standard robotics competition.
The event comprises of three categories each for University students, School students and open to any enthusiastic individual. Winners of the University category event will have the opportunity to participate in Techfest 2015 in Bombay and directly represent Sri Lanka in International Robotics Challenge 2015.
University of Moratuwa, being the country's leading technological higher education institute, have been monumental in introducing cutting-edge technology to the local communities. Alongside with the Department of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering (ENTC), it has been a key partner in organizing the Sri Lankan leg of the robot competition for Techfest which was previously named as "iNexus".
