Best innovative and creative web designer competition (BICWDC 2013) is the pioneering e-commerce website development competition in the University of Kelaniya.BICWDC 2013 was organized by the Bachelor of Commerce-Business Technology special Degree third year undergraduate those who are specializing in technology adaptation in business organizations in modern business environment.
