NIBM HR Forum for the year 2016 was recently held for the 2nd consecutive year at the Grand Ballroom, Galle Face Hotel on 29th of January 2016 from 5.30pm onwards. This was to provide information to Human Resource Managers and HR Executives of reputed companies under the theme of 'Challenge of Managing Tomorrow's People', which focused on the gap between generations and the specific characteristics of employees of the new generation. It was also aimed at exposing the talents and the capabilities of the NIBM graduates.
