Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT) has been a pioneer in British Higher Education in Sri Lanka since 1990 and continues to produce high quality graduates up to this day. The Graduation Ball is held annually and this year the event was held on 29th of October 2016 at Hotel Taj Samudra, Colombo under the theme of 'Casino'.

The Graduation Ball is held annually and this year the event was held on 29th of October 2016 at Hotel Taj Samudra, Colombo under the theme of 'Casino'.
The event is organized by the Students’ Union 2015/2016. The annual Graduation Ball brings together students, alumni, academics, undergraduates and well-wishers of the institute in bidding farewell to the graduate batch of 2016. This is a celebration not only for the final year students but also for current students and well-wishers, where everyone can get together and share their joy and un-forgettable moments.
