An open day organized by Gateway Graduate School and Soul Sounds Academy to introduce the Degree in Business and Music from the University of Adelaide was successfully held on the 02nd November 2018 at the Ivy Room, Cinnamon Grand Hotel. There was a large number participants comprising students from national and international schools in Colombo.

A workshop themed 'Out of Africa' was also conducted by Prof. Mark Carroll, Associate Dean, Faculty of Arts and Deputy Director, Elder Conservatorium of Music at the University of Adelaide.
