Avenra Events proudly presented a spectacular musical extravaganza bringing three amazing musical legends on one stage at the Magnificent Trio show of the year which was held on the 6th of April 2018 at the Avenra Gangaara, Wennapuwa from 9pm onwards.
Avenra Events proudly presented a spectacular musical extravaganza bringing three amazing musical legends on one stage at the Magnificent Trio show of the year which was held on the 6th of April 2018 at the Avenra Gangaara, Wennapuwa from 9pm onwards.
The musical evening which was compered by the well known anchorman Dushan Vas featured on stage the two best loved bands Gypsies and Marians along with the dearest duo Bathiya and Santhush. Magnificent Trio offered the attendees a splendid night with the best music to tantalize the ear buds of the musical enthusiasts present and also catered them a mouth watering cuisine full of delightful food varieties and beverages.
The Sri Lankan baila band Gypsies led by Sunil Perera got the spectators off their seats and on to the dance floor with their Baila song line up. Marians who has marked it's acme in the Sri Lankan Music Industry for decades under the leadership of Nalin Perera performed their famous hits such as Laiyla, Rosalina and many other famous cover tracks. Bathiya and Santhush took the stage with an amazing list of songs of their most famous tunes which the crowd eventually began to sing along to.
To the lovely tunes of the Magnificent Trio, an exclusive international Arabian Dancing troop performed beautiful dances throughout the night. The musical eve was made a success with the support of it's sponsors Seylan Bank, Commercial Bank, Lassana Flora, Weehena, Melwa, Edinborough and Chutiduwa Group of Companies.
