The 12th Presidential Installation of the Colombo Gavel Club was successfully held on the 13th of October, 2019 with Chief Guest, Founder and CEO of Kapruka, Mr. Dulith Herath at Bandaranayake Memorial Internatinal Conference Hall with over 130 guests representing almost 10+ Gavel clubs across the island.
The 12th Presidential Installation of the Colombo Gavel Club was successfully held on the 13th of October, 2019 with Chief Guest, Founder and CEO of Kapruka, Mr. Dulith Herath at Bandaranayake Memorial International Conference Hall with over 130 guests representing almost 10+ Gavel clubs across the island.
This year's executive committee was installed by the Vice President Education of the Colombo Toastmasters Club, TM Rukshi Panditharatne and the brand new committee will be headed by the President, Tuhan Sapumanage, VP Education - Amaya Gunatilleka, VP Membership- Sheneez Fazeer, VP PR- Bimshika Udugama, Secretary- Lakindu Siriwardena, Treasurer- Kenza Farook and the Sergeant at arms as Anuhas Isara. These 7 officers strive with the slogan "Ignite your passion" to bring out the inner powerful and impactful leader in every gavelier that is part of this mother club and beyond.
It was one of the most decorated events of the year done to motivate future leaders and speakers and to encourage the current EXCO to achieve more and to steer the club steadily, sequentially and successfully.
