19th Annual Ladies’ College vs Visakha Vidyalaya Waterpolo Encounter 2024 was held on the 13th of September 2023 from 2pm onwards. Visakha Vidyalaya regained the M.N. Edussuriya Trophy after a nail-biting encounter at Sugathadasa Pool Complex.The U15 team played a magnificent team game to close in a 4 goal gap to emerge joint winners with the Ladies College U15 team. The Visakha U19 team emerged champions after a thrilling match, which kept the audience at the edge of their seats where they defeated the Ladies College U19 team, 16-15. Being the underdogs to the champions this year, the wonderful team spirit of Visakha shone through!
